Community Inclusion and Host Agency

Community Inclusion Programs: 

Creating and supporting individuals in their day to day lives in a way that best meets their needs and goals.  Programs are provided in a one to one or small group format.   We incorporate activity, community involvement, life skills, employment, education and healthy living into your program.  It can be home based or community based, and you are actively involved in the plan for your support. 

Host Agency Programs: 

Providing one to one programs for adults with varying levels of ability.  What makes our programs unique is our ability to work directly with you and your family members to create a schedule of hours and programs that work best for all of you. Supports are often very similar to those in our Community Inclusion Programs.
